In the UK, customers' property is now protected by monitored CCTV at more than 50 per cent of SEGRO's holdings by area.
SEGRO has a dedicated attitude towards health and safety that encourages main contractors to seek out innovative solutions to managing risks during construction. SEGRO also works closely with main contractors to identify health and safety risks during design.
From the start of the Winnersh Triangle project, SEGRO made it clear that it wanted to be fully engaged in all matters concerning health and safety, to contribute to problem solving and to financially invest in efficient and effective methods of building that could reduce accidents or improve well-being.
