New Head Office
for O2

In 2008, we completed construction on O2's new UK Head Office at the Slough Trading Estate which achieved a BREEAM Very Good rating for environmental performance.

SEGRO’s UK operations are focused on major trading estates and on business clusters where we have real critical mass. By providing Flexible Business Space for a range of customer uses, we ensure that we will always have customers whose businesses are growing or relocating.

This means that, even in more challenging macro-economic conditions, there are continual opportunities for us to meet customers' space requirements across our portfolio.
